Dryvit Roxsulation External Wall Insulation (EWI) was used to refurbish a number of cornish style houses to improve energy performance und upgrade the external appearance of the estates.

The original wall construction consisted of precast concrete panels incorporating little if any insulation. 100mm of mineral wool slab insulation was installed and finished with PMRB Sandpebble finish. Area 1,800m2 over two phases.
