Information Obligation

  1. The Controller of your personal data is Dryvit UK Limited, Unit 4 Wren Park, Hitchin Road with its registered office at Unit 4 Wren Park, Hitchin Road, Shefford, Beds, SG17 5JD ("Dryvit"), (the "Controller").
  2. Your personal data are collected for processing for the purposes of marketing of the Controller’s own products and services.
  3. In all matters relating to the processing of your personal data, you may contact the Controller’s registered office at its postal address and electronically by e-mail: ukenquiries@dryvit.com
  4. Personal data processing shall take place on the basis of your consent – Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”), which you express by ticking the boxes above. The above personal data shall be processed until you withdraw your consent. Consent given may be withdrawn at any time.
  5. The category of recipients of your personal data may include subcontractors to whom the Controller will entrust the processing of the aforementioned data for the purpose of marketing activities for the Controller's own products and services. Your personal data may also be transferred to any entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of generally applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities.
  6. Your personal data may be made available to entities based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), i.e. in third countries. The European Commission has not issued a decision in respect of these countries declaring that they provide an adequate level of protection within the meaning of the European data protection legislation. 
  7. You have the right to demand access to data, rectification, erasure, data portability or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object. Consent is voluntary and can therefore be withdrawn at any time, however, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based thereon before the withdrawal. In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you should contact the Controller in the manner indicated in point 2 above.
  8. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
